WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK:

MONDAY

Our four rounds will have us working on

  • higher box step ups (support available)
  • depth jumps – new!
  • loaded HKM

Then, in teams of two we’ll work on a heavy farmer carry team AMRAP.

WEDNESDAY

Our squat will be a low bar back squat.

Our press will be BB strict press.

And our hinge will be a good ol’ fashioned BB deadlift.

Super Wednesday of strength.

FRIDAY

We’ll start with some basic bodybuilding, and then work into a team workout of wall balls, dbl DB HPCs and burpees.
