Our Legends, or “GrandMasters” class schedule is posted below. We cater to ages 55 years old and up, with traditional and customized CrossFit. But don’t be scared! Seriously, we are both experienced at this, and good at it!

We offer CrossFit classes with programming tailored to the “mature” athlete.

We are a small, service-based business with a small team of coaches. One week during the second quarter and one week during the fourth quarter of the year we may close the box. This will always be done with ample notice and also with the option of prorated dues. We will offer home-based programming for that week.

Our athletes are scheduled into specific classes and some classes are currently capped. Please contact us if you are interested in starting CrossFit. We are by appointment only – please, no drop ins.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons and evenings, and Tuesdays and Thursdays are by appointment only business hours for private training, nutritional coaching, and rehab sessions.
