WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK:

MONDAY

We’ll warm up with our classic push, pull, and squat warm-up.

Then, our 4 rounds will have you jumping and pulling, climbing and working on DB Thrusters.

We’ll finish up with Annie-ish! Jump ropes and Situps…beat your last time!

WEDNESDAY

After warming up our squat and wall balling in your warm up, we’re pushing our heavy squat sets to Friday and working on the barbell hang power clean and push press/push jerk.  We’ll barbell deadlift and cash out with some situps.

FRIDAY

 Friday starts with a cardio based warm up. We’ll work our heavy squats first. Then  set up for a workout with deadlifts and bar facing burpees. It’s a little spicy so come well fueled!
