WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK:

MONDAY

Our four-rounder will include double dumbbell deadlifts, a ME C2 Row, body rows and a little core work.

Then, we’ll tackle a longer EMOM of jump ropes coupled with burpees (yay!) and inch worms. Fun!

 

WEDNESDAY

Our Squat today will be a low bar back squat coupled with shuttle runs.

And we’ll hinge a little differently today – allowing some change ups in our programming as we enter “competition season”…competition with ourselves, of course!

 

FRIDAY

We’ll Bench today – and then spend the rest of class on a longer “strength version” of Grace. Again – “fun”!
