It's beginning to feel a lot like CHRISTMAS!

MONDAY

For our warm up you’ll be asked with a partner push up workout. We WILL get better at pushing!

Then, our 4 rounds will include wall balls, our new movement of K2, and farmers carries.

Finally, you’ll bust out some power cleans in a partner EMOM to establish a rest period (while your partner goes).

WEDNESDAY

After a PVC pipe warm up, you’ll barbell push press with another pushing movement.

Then, in teams of two we’ll tackle some short AMRAPS of deadlifts and burpees.

FRIDAY

Our warm up will be “spirited” today with some basic movements at an uptick in intensity.

Then, we’ll work on double dumbbell clusters as a strength set.

We’ll end with some longer AMRAPs of Abmat situps. DB HPC/J and jump rope. It’s getting cooler and the intensity it going up!
