On Monday, after a foundational warm up (start getting used to that!) your four-rounder will see:
Burpees, lunges and a ground-to-overhead movement.
Then, we’ll spend the remainder of the class on the barbell working through 3-round sets of the Bear Complex

Wednesday your strength day goes like this:
Barbell Backsquat in higher set volume
Dumbbell HPC & PP/PJ
Barbell Deadlift
Then, Friday, we’ll work on some dumbbell front racked squats before we endeavor a kick in the pants …I mean a “spirited” conditioning workout with a partner – get ready to sweat. Luckily the cooler temps will help! Happy to be back in the box!
