Monday we have two parts: first, we’ll practice working when “tired”. After a quick sprint on the rower or bike, you’ll work on C&Js at your Grace load as practice for B4B. We’ll spend 20+ mins here working rounds.
Then, Flight Simulator – you remember this: 5-10-15…all the way to 35 and back down, of unbroken single or double unders. Seems easy? The catch? Begin and end with 20x burpees.

Wedenday, we’ll Front Squat and Deadlift, and then work on some gymnastic skill on the bar.
Friday we’ll work on a little Chad practice, then Bench, then a core third piece.
