Monday: 4 rounds for quality of…some hard work! KB swings, situps, WB “+ a push”, and a wall walk hold. Great workout if you put in the effort. Then a “Sam-loving” burpee cash out – have fun with this!
Wednesday: Your squat is both a back and front squat. Your Press with be a timed, high rep push press from the rack, and your DL will be a high rep unbroken KB DL’s…go heavy!
Friday: We’ll start with a power clean and jerk EMOM to continue to prep us for Barbells for Boobs. Then, Teams of two – your deadlift work (again), and finally an individual challenge with your deadlift and again and WB’s – yes, a kick in the teeth!
