Maybe ooooone more week of posting the week in one blog post. We’re still trying to catch up!
Monday: Super odd circuit – let’s see if Carole does the math! Instead of 4 rounds of 4 movements, you have 6 rounds of 2 movements…hmmmmm…me thinks you’re getting off easy! You’ll work on a heavy farmer’s carry and a long sit dumbbell press. Then, in teams of 2…all we’ll tell you is burpees! Yes, there’s something else, but there are also burpees!
Wednesday: your squat is a LBBS, your press is a Bench Press (say what?), and you’ll see a core cashout.
Friday: holy Tabata! After a spicy Tabata warm up, we’ll work on Grace practice, pretty much the rest of the class. Clean and Jerks for load – above Grace load, and then a combination of Grace and Diane…which is really just Diane…I think Ed’s messing with you!

WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK OF 9/9
MONDAY
Today after a very complete and spicy warm up, our four rounds will see rope climbs, farmer carries and wall balls in higher/unbroken reps. Then our conditioning piece will be a little longer than usual – teams of 2 – working on Grace prep.
WEDNESDAY
Our squat will the a double DB thruster, our press will be a BB PP, and our hinge will be a BB DL.
FRIDAY
Today we’ll tackle a circuit of max effort pushing and pulling – you’ve seen this before. We’re focused on endurance repetitions on Fridays lately. Then, in teams of 2 you’ll work through an AMRAP of three elements: cardio, a loaded hinge and pulling.
