Then, in teams of 2 we’ll work on capacity in the clean and jerk, preparing for Grace on Friday 10/18 and 10/19. Barbells for Boobs will be 10/19 this year – and if you can’t make Saturday’s event, we’ll host Grace on Friday in class as well. Practice, practice, practice!
