Before we start our “conditioning” for the day (better word than torture, right?), we’ll do some work on your overhead pressing with a BB Press/Push Press Combo.

Then, for 5 minutes…I’m afraid to say it: BURPEES! Yes, for 5 minutes you’ll AMRAP Burpees. Stranger things have happened.

We’ll recover from the above and then we’ll work a steady circuit of jumping pull-ups, bicep curls, banded pull apart and wall balls.

When the highlight of the day is Burpees, how can it be a bad day!
