Happy Monday folks!

Today doesn’t look so bad…but rather, kind of exciting if you look at the variation in what we’re doing.

We’ll start with some seated pull-ups focusing on the eccentric, and a fun posterior chain drill with a med ball. 4 rounds here.

Next – a 5-minute EMOM…no, not of burpees again 🙂 We’ll buy in with wall balls and then max effort hang power cleans as a score. High intensity, but 100% controlled by you so don’t avoid this one…remember: we put you against “hard things” every day – and the better you do, the better you do …at the gym and in life!

Our third part will pair overhead kettlebell swings and jump rope for a little skill and intensity – again controlled by you.

Finally, we’ll hit some quick balance and call it a day.
