HAPPY GROUNDHOG DAY!
It’s Groundhog Day! You’d probably expect a bunch of lifts in sets and reps of 2, right? Nah, but Happy GroundHog Day anyway!
With our strength day today, our squat is a Thruster, and we’ll alternate rounds with bird dog holds. Our press is a double dumbbell press with banded lat pull downs alternating in our sets. And finally, our hinge is a heavy KB deadlift.
The majority of our time today is on our primary lifts.
We’ll cash out with some pulling on the rings.
