

WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK
MONDAY
After the best warm up ever, we’ll hit our 4 rounds for quality – upping the rowing time by a minute, plus some front squats and progressions toward knees to elbows (insanely hard).
Then, a couple of “Death By”-ish sprints involving burpees and jumping.
WEDNESDAY
Our squat will be a low bar back squat, our press – a plate ground to overhead, and our hinge a BB DL.
FRIDAY
We’ll start with strength work on the hang squat clean, and then in teams work through a variation of the CrossFit Open Workout 19.2. Toes to bar, or progression, double unders, or progression, and power cleans.
