We’re rolling out of September soon! Time for the LAST QUARTER of the year, ripe with prep for the holidays and the start of 2026 and the CrossFit Open in February! So much to do, so little time!

 

WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK

The gym renovations are almost complete – at least the messy stuff. The last big project of the new ceiling fan goes in Wednesday after the last morning class, and then we’re down to filling in a few gaps, rearranging the “furniture” and getting our new entryway read to accept the new nutrition program. We’re getting there! Thank you all for your patience and support!

MONDAY

Our 4 rounder is a 3 rounder today with rowing, wall balls and kettle bell swings.

Then, we’ll work a new drill that focuses on balance – with a fun twist.

WEDNESDAY

Our squat will be a single DB hang squat clean. Our press will be a strict press. And our hinge is an odd object high rep deadlift.

FRIDAY

We’ll warm up and team up for two heats of Grace, in honor of breast cancer awareness month. Then cash out with some sneaky hard finishers.
