We'll never drag everyone to the pool we drink from, but darn it we're trying!

WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK:

MONDAY

Today we begin a new cycle – Poliquin 6-12-25 again, but four new body parts. Our goal continues to be to try new things with you, to bring the intensity down with the heat of the summer but continue to make gains!

Today we tackle Back and Triceps.

We’ll use the bent over row, a lat pull down and banded face pulls for back. And we’ll use a DB triceps extension, a banded triceps press down and ….pushups again for triceps.

WEDNESDAY

Our focus today will be quads and hip flexors with front squats, a new movement we’ll keep secret and a split squat. Lots of variations!  And then shoulders: we’ll use strict press, a DB lateral raise and a banded upright row.

FRIDAY

We’ll break from the Poliquin Cycle today and work on our barbell cycling in the hang power clean, and then hit some heavy deadlifts.
