WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK:

MONDAY

Our four rounds will have us working on

  • Plate G2O
  • Lateral step overs
  • Planks

Then in a 20’ effort of  DB HPCs, KB DLs & inch worms

WEDNESDAY

Our squat will be a BB FS.

Our press will be a BB PP.

And our hinge will be a BB DL.

FRIDAY

It’s bench press Friday!!

Then a conditioning set of shuttle runs and farmer carry’s.
