
WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK:
MONDAY
After a squat-centric warm up…
Our four rounds will have us performing:
- 
- jumping pull ups, high rep
 - kb swings
 - push ups
 
 
Then, in teams of 2, you’ll work through a 15′ AMRAP of farmers carries and planks
WEDNESDAY
Our squat will be a low bar back squat, our overhead will be accomplished through the DB clean and jerk/push press, and our hing will be a dbl DB RDL for added mobility.
FRIDAY
Our warm up will add some squats to our week.
We’ll hinge again with a BB DL as a starting strength set.
Then in teams of 2, we’ll work through a long chipper of step ups, jumping and situps.
