Day 5: How Much Should I Eat

Once again, bumping our post priorities around (so that calendar is almost completely useless about now!😂) because as questions arise, and it’s the same question from a lot of you, we pivot!

There is some math involved here. Apps like MyFitnessPal (just my personal favorite because it has the largest food database of all the apps out there and it gives you a macro breakdown per meal) and Cronometer are gold standards in tracking if you’re not connected to a company assigning those macros. Regardless of what you may choose – an app will help you track quicker than trying to do the long hand way with pen and paper.
