Monday – our four rounder will have us working on wall balls, body rows, DB DLs and Plate G2O

Then, ANOTHER little wicked conditioning session taking advantage of the cooler temps.

Wednesday -Our squat will be a combo of the BS and the FS. Our press will be a combination of the Press and PP.  And we’ll skip our hinge (DL’ing on Friday) in place of an old Benchmark.

Friday -More strength today: we’ll bench and then deadlift and cash out with some airsquats.
