
This past Saturday kicked off the 2024 “Inaugural” Health Challenge at GMRx. We officially begin on November 1st with the first “week” being only 3 days, continuing for 21 days, ending right before Thanksgiving. If you missed the meeting you can find the video on our YouTube Channel. Review of the meeting is mandatory for joining the challenge. Join us for 21 days of learning, kicking bad habits, embracing new ones, and getting on the road to “healthier”!
Monday – Our four rounds are basic and awesome! KB Goblet Squats, Jump Rope, God Mornings, and Inch Worms/Push-ups. Then in an alternating EMOM we’ll work on the clean.
Wednesday -Strength Day is back! Low bar back squat – strict press – and well DL Friday – so in place of that we’ll hit up some atypical core – like….heavy front rack holds – you’ll love this!
Friday -We’ll start off with a strength set of Deadlifts and lunges – it’ll take a little bit – both movements are tough. Then, we’ll team up for some Chad practice. There’s a caveat in here we’ll make you show up to discover 😈
