  • Rope climbs or progressions
  • Rowing – let’s focus on technique today vs. speed
  • Kettlebell swings

Next, you’ll tackle a skill and capacity drill – working on unbroken sets with your jump rope and clean and jerks. Good day to say to yourself: I’m going to do everything today with intention to be excellent!
