Monday Motivation: We challenge you this week to take note of, and remember, your heavy single DL on Wednesday and your 5 rep BS load. These numbers should be a part of your health care plan…just like your blood pressure and your A1c.

Our four-rounds will see only three movements:

  • WB complex
  • Rig knee ups
  • weighted walking lunges

Then, we’ll spend the remainder of the class on rope climbs—either skill or capacity, preparing for 31 Heroes on August 2nd.
