Our squat today is a front squat – and your squats are looking better so we’re stoked to see the performance and loads today.

Our press is a combo of a press and push press – plus some rig knee ups.

And our DL is NOT A BARBELL! We’re working on a single legged DB DL – harder – balancing – helps with identifying right to left imbalances.  We’ll superset with a banded hip extension – it’s a new move for you.
