After a Bear-Complexy Warm Up, you’ll immediately tackle a complex from the Open workout 21.4 – barbell complex for load. Have fun with this! It’s not for time. Work on cycling a heavier barbell through a series of movements.
Next, another weighted complex but on the clock with a DB. It’s long-ish, so expect that to take whatever energy you have left!
