Monday is upon us. Most of our movements today are basic – so we give you an opportunity to do them exceptionally well…make them a little harder if you’re proficient with them. Wall balls, push ups, front squats and leg levers. Enjoy a low skill, high effort day.
After our four rounds of strength – we’ll lean into a metcon of KB swings, burpees and jumping. A little cardio for a Monday!
