
One week till Christmas, guys! We know it will be laden with rich food, family gatherings and probably not as much exercise – so let’s bank some fitness today!
Today you’ll work on:
- Jumping pull ups…remember: chin “over” bar
- Planks
- Box step ups
Only three movements in the four-rounder today.
Afterwards, we’ll do some shoulder loading in combination with mobility and posterior chain work.
Finally, you’ll spend the reminder of class working on a complex for load…getting you ready for the Open with working weights when you’re tired.
