Our Monday four-round day is pretty typical with a few surprises nestled into the usual.
You’ll perform higher reps of pushups today, and they’re to be unbroken. This means we’ll be setting bars up, because you need to make them a bit easier to be able to accomplish them unbroken….some of you are going to want to use bands but we REALLY want those bars up so help you see how volume affects your strength.
In addition to push ups, you’ll see L-Sits, which we haven’t seen in a while, a row/bike sprint and some plyometrics. In the end, we’ll spend some time on an alternating metcon of shuttles and heavy holds.
