Today is a simple and powerful day:

Pushing – Pulling – Squatting – and then Grace Practice


We’ll continue our pull up progressions working on this as our priority this quarter. Our four rounds is only three movements today:

After pulling…

…we’ll grab a set of DB’s for DB squat cleans…

And finally working on that active push – it’s a plank – but it’s an inverted plank working to a wall walk, but we’re just holding today working on active shoulders!


Our Grace Conditioning could be termed Death By 🙂 In a “Death by” workout we add one rep each round or time frame. Today you’ll start with a partner on UB C & J…adding one rep alternating rounds with your partner. Solely working on capacity…it’ll be fun! (she said!)
