You’re getting the workouts for the entire week on this blog post!  Yay, you!

Monday your four-rounder includes push-ups, wall balls, wall walks/plank holds, and some new behind-the-neck work.   We’ll end the day with an EMOM of walking lunges and planks.

Wednesday will be a typical strength day seeing a combo of front and back squats, press and push press, and traditional DL’s. Work hard, get strong!

Friday you’ll start off working in pairs on Thrusters in sets of 3, building. Next, we’ll work into a spicey couplet of KB swings and inch worms. And finally some accessory work in the end.
