Let’s get at it:

Our four-rounder starts with more work on the rope ascents from the deck – pulling. Then, in line with the grip needed to do the rope pulls, we’ll move right into some pinch grip plate carries. Double whammy!  Next, you haven’t seen L-sits in a while so this will be refreshing. And finally – some overhead pressing.

After you cruise that, we’ll attack a mini-version of the CF Benchmark Girl: Karen. Karen, Rx, is 100x wall balls for time. Today in teams of 2 you’ll tackle 1/2 Karen. Ed’s taking it easy on you with the heat.

Finally, a little core work and you will have survived CrossFit on a Monday in July heat and humidity. Congrats!
