Back to today, we’ll start with an EMOM to manage the intensity, on the barbell, working on our hang power cleans.
Then, due to the heat, we’ll keep it short, but we need a little intensity. You’ll combine DB DL’s with high knee marches for a nice little sprint.
A little body building in our cash out and you’re set for the weekend.
