Today is Flag Day. On June 17th, 1777, the American Flag was created and presented to the people. Our gym is quite traditional in all senses of the word, including being sensitive of the flags we display. It’s not because of a lack of support of any other cause or agenda, but rather the one flag we do prominently display is the one that allows all of the others to be “allowed”. Happy Flag Day!

Today is our strength day will start with a more complicated squat combining the front squat and thruster.

Our press will be a more challenging dumbbell push press.

And our hinge is your favorite – the barbell deadlift.

It will be a good day!
