Finally! It’s not even Memorial Day and you’re off the hook for push-ups and ring rows…today…just for today!

Our four-round Monday is a little more exciting due to the lack of pushing and pulling. We’ll see a sprint on the rower or bike, wall balls, battling ropes (yay!), and a challenging plate ground-to-overhead drill.

Then, as if that wasn’t enough fun, you’ll team up for a long metcon (well, 12:00 but it’s going to feel long!) of DB HCP and air squats – still in Murph Prep Mode!

It’ll be a legit Monday of effort. Well done if you show up!
