Next – in teams of 2, we’ll “carry some heavy sh#t”. Farmer carries, front rack holds, and overhead holds. We call this grunt work and it makes us better at life.

We’ll cash out with some bird dogs with an additional challenge. You guys have been getting good at the “kiss in the middle” move…but let’s try pausing in that and the extended positions…you’ve got this!
