Our Monday four-rounder will see THE END of the ascending reps on pushups. Thank goodness! Murph prep is culminating and we’re so ready! Our pushups cap out at 13 per round this week. We’re still pulling the same, and our other two odd men out are a heavy KB DL and a lot of HKMs!

After that, we’ll team up for an alternating EMOM of DB “Clusters”. Show up to see what that is (if you don’t remember).
