Weak. Things. Break. <- our Wednesday Motto
Today we begin our new front squat cycle – working on front rack mobility, thoracic extension, and squatting depth and strength – there are so many things going on here. Some of you are working on one thing and some on others…this will be a very individualized cycle.
Ed has us working on some new movements to help with our overhead position – so your second movement will be a little “odd” today. And finally, we’ll kick up our heels with a little modified Flight Simulator….kind of like Annie plus flight simulator. Have fun with it!
