Tomorrow is our Battle of the Sexes event! We start at 8am. It will be a half day of fun and games – join us!

Today’s workout is a long time coming! We’ll warm up with some specific wrist mobility to help our efforts in the workout. Then we’ll pair up and you’ll have the rest of the class to complete the Bear Complex. The Bear Complex is 5 sets of 7 rounds of the following barbell flow:

power clean
front squat
push press, to the back rack
back squat
push press, to the front rack

You may not reset at the deck – this is a touch and go complex.

You’ll attempt to increase the load on your bar every set. Youll alternate with your partner and help count rounds.
