Today our 4 round Monday is…well, tough.
You have 3 minutes to Row 500M or Bike 30 cal…try to get there – it’s not a Pinellas Trail stroll! Then, body rows. Do them right. If you don’t touch your pecs to the bar don’t count it. Cheating reps = cheating your progress. We’ll have a heavy and ascending drill of KB DL and KB Goblet Squats. Go heavy if you can. And finally, the dreaded Overhead squat – we’re working on this to improve mobility as well as strength in the wide overhead position.
You’ll see a quick burpee plank AMRAP 😈
And finally, cash out with a little mobility and structural tweaking.
