Weak. Things. Break.

Today we’ll all things with the overhead squat. We know – it’s so hard. But with a PVC or light load, the core strength and mobility this movement demands are a good challenge for us.  And that’s our squat for the day.

Our Press is a push press from the rack – slightly higher reps. We’ll superset with a focus on the back.

And finally, our hinge is a traditional deadlift in descending reps.

We’ll cash out with some fun core/gymnastics shaping. You should feel “swole” when you leave!
