The first week of February brings us a four-rounder of some super fun basics:

  • pushups – you can never be too good at them
  • overhead squat – ouch! it’s our achilles heel!
  • a lot of burpees
  • DBall OH slams

Our skill / strength session will be power cleanpractice focusing on general technque incluing footwork, rack position and the first pull.
