Friday brings our Open-style wokrouts in preparation for the CrossFit Open.
First, we’ll hit up some front squats for our strength set.
Then, we’ll tackle a version of Open Workout 20.1 – DB ground to overhead and DB facing burpees. It’s long-ish…but sure to please!
After that, we’ll cool down and casho out with a little endurance work.
