You can prevent physical (and mental) weakness by performing resistance training or loaded exercises. From what we do here to carrying your own groceries, doing chores yourself, and moving a lot. And also, attending Wednesday strength days!
Today we’ll squat with a kettlebell in the goblet position for higher reps. Then, our press is a combination of strict and push press (barbell). And our hinge is a combination of barbell deadlifts with some burpees over the bar added for a little “spice”.
Finally, we’ll cash out iwth a max effort situp drill.
