Friday brings us practice in our Open-style Workouts.
Today we’ll see a combination of jump rope, overhead squats, ring rows, and dumbbell snatches. Get ready to jump…a lot.
Following that long-ish effort, well hit some planks, and then cash out with another bout of intensity.
