HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR MAN, E.T. & TO CROSSFIT-STUD SANDY TOMORROW (THE 27th)!
We’re mixing things up a little by incorporating our primary Wednesday strength into Mondays and sometimes Fridays to allow us time to hone in on the power clean – specifically from the deck in preparation for Barbells for Boobs. Everyone will get a chance to do it even if they aren’t scheduled for Saturday.
So our Monday four-rounder is preceded by a barbell back squat.
Our four rounds will include gymnastics pulling and pushing, box step-ups, and renegade rows.
Finally, we’ll team up for a partner sit-up drill.
