Hump Day begins with week 6 of our 10 rep DL Cycle. Things are getting heavy, so keep up the warm-ups!
Next, we’ll work on our power cleans for Barbells for Boobs. We NEED to get the pull from the deck to be more smooth and efficient. So we’ll work some drills for that.
And finally we’ll work some balance.
