Reminder: Next week is Labor Day (Monday). We are closed on Monday. We will resume our Monday class schedule on Tuesday. Then resume the week as usual.
After a “squatty” warm-up, well work on our Monday four-rounder. We’ll work on pull-ups again, some super fun dumbbell squats, planks, and deadlifts. This will take us a while to get through so relax into a rhythm and grind.
Next up, an usual addition to a Monday. For time, a combination of jumping and lunging. Don’t worry – progressions and scaling are already set so everyone can find a comfortable (yet uncomfortable) option.
Finally, some hand-eye coordination to cap the day off.
