We’ve been warning you about this for a few weeks…it’s here. 5 minutes of burpees! (Yikes!).

After a spirited warm, we’re tackling the burpees. Your goal: as many as possible in 5 minutes. Burpee standards apply – no reps are a real thing.

We’ll give you ample time to cool down after that, and we’ll squat for a while – barbell, from the rack.

Next – several rounds of dynamic core work.

And finally, we’ll cash out with some accessory work.
