Hump Day and also Kathy Tew’s Bday! Happy Birthday, Kathy!!!

Today our strength starts with one of the harder lifts we do: The Thruster. We’ll work some solid warm-up rounds, and then hit three rounds for load. Inch worms (with a push up if possible) in between.

Our press will be a double DB Press. We’ve been doing a lot of these lately – they’re harder, and help promote a solid overhead position.  Rig work will supplement this.

Finally, our DB will be a KB DL with descending reps and ascending loads.

We’ll cash out with a partner drill for lower body mobility.
