Our Monday four-rounder starts with alternating  DB C&J from the deck – one head touches the deck. Followed by some rope work – working doubles or singles. Continuing the “cardio” with high rep kettlebell swings overhead and crushing your cores with LSit holds.

Next, and EMOM of postural work.

Finally, in teams of 2, just a little “sprint”…no not running….
